Independence Day of INDIA..
After a long time I enjoyed this day as
I use to enjoy when I was in school day..
My school day wow...
We use to have function in our school
to celebrate our INDEPENDENCE DAY,
We use to celebrate this day with great zeal every year and with
great preparation we use to make in school. We all were so eager to take part
in the Independent Day Celebration. The vice principal drew up a programme which
was announced by the principal on the 1st August.
Early on the morning of 15th August we use to gather in
the school garden. We all use to stand in the garden according to our class and
sections and our school teacher’s use to stand with us. The day use to start by
singing the national songs and shouting Mahatma Gandhi Ki Jai, Bharat mata ke
jai.
Out shouting use to be at the top of our voices. Then the day’s
function use to start with singing and expressing our patriotic feelings.
We stood in the garden close to
the flag pole. We use to sit class wise in the garden. Our NCC students were
wearing Khaki uniform and looked like soldiers ready to sacrifice their lives
for our country. We perform the flag-hoisting ceremony, we all were in happy
mood and we all were in attention position to give salute to our tri colour
flag.
We sing flag ceremony Jan Gan Man and scout’s band use to
play the tune. Our flag ceremony came with few speeches delivered by staff and
teacher’s. Everyone threw lights on the importance of the day and our duties
towards the country.
In the evening once all the event’s were over we use to
be very happy when our principal use to give
us pack of sweets to all of us and we all use to return home in happy
mood and smiling face.
