My life has become so much fun..
After working for 2 years,,, putting my time, energy, money and my sweat I am at the same position where I was 3 years back. I was working with BPO and my salary was good, my incentives were good and now after 3 years I am financially where I was 3 years back.
I thought of leaving BPO and going company to make my career and realized that I am financially at the same place.
I don't know what to say
my company thinks they are over paying us, thinking we do'nt even deserve whatever v r being paid off.
